i've seen this movie probably like 10 times at this point. Steve, Greg and I have wanted to watch it together for quite some time now. it's sort of our sense of humor. Colin and Keith both love this too and we all quote from it constantly. this movie would definitely have to be in my top 10 comedies of all time list. i wish i could watch it again for the first time. this and the first couple of Austin Powers movies.
Top Secret! stars Val Kilmer as the singing rock star from America that comes to sing at a German concert around the time of WWII and ends up getting caught up with the French Resistance. it's a tale of romance, excitement, and zany music numbers. if you loved the Airplane movies, you'll love this one. it's from the same team that made those movies.
i think i need to take like a 10 year break from this so that I'll forget some of the jokes. actually i think i have the whole movie memorized, so maybe i should make it 20 years.
highlights for me from the film: Deja-Vu, the Resistance fighter who keeps thinking that he's met Nick before; the underwater old west barfight; GRENAWD! ok, i'm just about to have a quotation fit. just watch the movie and know that it's going to be good if you haven't seen it.
